Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
Let me start by saying that The Almighty God, King of Kings and Lord of Lords is faithful. When God makes a promise He stands by it. Numbers 23:19 says “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”
God promised Abraham that He would make a nation of him and bless that nation and He has not gone back on that promise. In a museum in Cairo, Egypt is an ancient monument on which occurs the inscription: “Israel Is Annihilated! Israel Shall Have No Posterity!” The inscription was carved during the reign of Rameses II, the cruel oppressor of the children of Israel, and who sought their expiration
God annihilated that Pharaoh and Balak and Haman and Herod and Hitler and Yasser Araphat and every other tyrant that has tried to destroy God’s chosen nation of Israel. I should think that other nations should look at history and understand that the God of Abraham has cursed those who curse Israel. Even though Israel hasn’t always worshipped God properly God will remain faithful.
That same “God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.” (1 Corinthians 1:9) If God is faithful to Israel, who rejected His Son, certainly He is faithful to those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Saviour. “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom 8:37-39)
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. (2 Thess. 3:3)
